ABR was founded by a group of researchers from the
Computational Neuroscience Research Group
at the University of Waterloo.
We continue to maintain close ties with the CNRG, collaborating
on the development of new brain-inspired technologies.
ABR has signed a strategic joint development and marketing agreement
with BrainChip Inc.,
developer of the revolutionary new
Spiking Neuron Adaptive Processor (SNAP).
ABR uses ANSYS software to design and test
robots and other mechanical devices.
ANSYS SpaceClaim has proven invaluable in simulating
robot performance in complex environments.
